So what is it about the emojis that I have been seeing lately? Now’s it’s just about anywhere you see online such as Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and many places where you’ll find those emojis.
Years ago; you would see those symbols that are are called emoticons, which are the oldest form of expressing how we would feel about ourselves and about others and different things. It would come as ” : – ) ” that means “I’m happy”.
Nowadays; you would see those fancy emoticons that are either static or animated, and as the browsers and iOS and Android Oses are upgrading themselves to include those fancy emoticons, which are now called emojis.
A single old fashioned smiley symbol wwould transform in split-second into an emoji.
What draws me to those emojis is that I can express myself visually instead of having to turn my head sideways to figure out or memorize what emoticon symbol it was. I like the emoji because they are attractive and fun to use. I like to keep up with the nerds around me and be geeky. Anyone can converse with me using the emoji and I would see them.
I have downloaded the GO Keyboard app for my tablet and phone, and I was able to launch into the emoji-laden tweets or posts. I can just pick an emoji, and it will appear as is on my end. I don’t know about you, but I’m fascinated by them.
If it weren’t for those emojis, our social life on the internet would be rather dull with a bunch of ” : – D ” in the tweets, posts, or in the chat lines.
So what would be next in the lines of emojis? Hmm, I would think that the emojis will soon become animated before they become a more dynamic emojis that would have “emotions”, not just have one emotion. So that is what the future entail when it comes to social online life around us.
So whenever I type something from the tablet or phone, I would try to remember to unleash those emojis. On the PC, however, it’s still the copy-and-paste emojis. So it would be great if they’d come up with the triggers for those emojis that are standard, and if for some people, that they get annoying, they would have the on-and-off feature added in or on the keyboard settings,
So let’s smile, everyone. Don’t be dull.
Anyway; this is about it for now so be efficient, everyone.
