On the Wednesday of December 29th, 2010; I bought my first android-enabled cell phone. I was in there asking about what cell phone is best for use with the person who is visually impaired.
So I was shown two phones, one without the keyboard and the other with the keyboard. I’d rather have the keyboarded one for better control. so I chose that one after the sale-rep showed me the features on the phone. I like the phone. :)
So Ken got his cell phone too but it s not a fancy one like mine though. He likes the simple phone where he has the better control of the phone and he tends to be in the situation where the phone could get broken or dropped.
THen, we got our phones set up. YaY!!!! But, I was having a huge difficulty in signing in with my gmail account! GAH! I was getting so frustrated that Ken had the nerves to take a picture of me staring at the phone being miffed. Anyway; all I needed was to get it going so I can download apps galores. LOL!!!
But over-all; I really enjoyed my new cell phone and I have been playing with it to learn of its features like the camera, making phone calls, and going on the web vis the G4 network which is pretty cool.
So I spent about 30 minutes or so checking our phone accounts and straightening out the primary phone #’s the other things like adding a few bucks here about one item that I’ll be doing online while the on the phone and getting rid of my old phone. LOL!!!
My old phone had a loose hinge on it and I was going to have the Sprint store techie to tightening it up. But, I’m glad we have stopped by there to ask about a new cell phone where I can see the screen and hear it talk, too. :)
We were going to renew and upgrade our contracts in February. Hehe… So we did it early.
So that is one of my android moments. I have many more to tell you when I get around to them. LOL!!!! 🙂 So now, I think I’ll go ahead and head out for now. :) I will see you laters! :)
